In this capacity, Walker will leverage his vast experience working with market-leading technology companies to contribute valuable insight and expertise. Walker joins the board after several decades in the high-tech industry, where he has held senior and executive positions in management, sales and business development. He currently serves as president and CEO of Baswood Corp., an innovative market leader in providing clean water technology. Under Walker’s direction, the company has achieved notable success for both its commercialization and product development processes, which provide effective treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater streams. “We are pleased to have Mike as the latest addition to our board,” said Mike Sheldon, president and CEO of Network Hardware Resale. “His broad spectrum of experience in emerging tech markets will be of great value to NHR as we continue to innovate and find new ways to help our customers lower network equipment procurement and maintenance costs without sacrificing quality or network integrity.” Prior to Baswood, Walker served as vice president of business development at Giveline Inc., an e-commerce pioneer that helped non-profits gain funding through its constituents’ online retail spending. He also served as vice president of business development at network software vendor Demarc Security Inc. Before that, he was president and COO of AdTraffickers.
